IndiaMart aimed to simplify MSME loan applications by digitizing the onboarding process. This journey allows users to provide key business details, including PAN, GST, ITR, bank statements, and UDYAM registration, which are then reviewed by IndiaMart’s internal team. The goal was to create a seamless, efficient, and frictionless experience for MSMEs.
